Server response time

  • Hi, everybody
    My server response time is 1.9 seconds according to page speed ins [gtmatrix also show me that my response time is slow]
    I am using a dedicated server from online sas
    there is on more WordPress blog hosted on the same server [ https://allapkapps.com/]his server response time is good enough but my blog has response time is 1.9 second
    my blog address is https://www.opentechinfo.com/
    we both using WordPress 4.7
    He is not using any CDN and I am using CDN of CloudFlare
    please help
