Your Plugin isn’t working

I have put a website online that I built locally. I used your NextGen plugin to display staff photos on a page which worked perfectly however a staff member needs to be deleted because they no longer work for the company. I login to the online WP dashboard and go to manage galleries on your plugin but only see 1 image yet on the front end there are 28 images. I have tried re-scanning the folder but it doesn’t help and I’ve tried making a new gallery but the same problem happens. Only localhost this is not a problem…
