Customize message for members only posts?

We are using Private Content Plus v 1.11.
In a post, we have selected WP Private Content Pro – Restriction Settings, visibility=Members.
When a non-member views the post the message, “You don’t have permission to view the content” is shown. Can we override this message with our own?

We are already using a filter to replace the default message when using the shortcode “wppcp_private_content” on a static page, and would like to have a similar capability for posts.
