minimum shipping amount – woocommerce

    is there a way to enter a minimum shipping amount if I am using the qty function

    eg
    shipping is $10 per item

    1st item shipping is $20
    2nd item shipping is $20
    3rd item shipping is $30
    4th item shipping is $40
