Limit a provider to schedule only one appointment at a time

  • Hello,
    I am a web developer and I am using Birchpress business plus on my client’s site.
    But I am facing a problem on appointment booking, When two clients book same provider for same date and time concurrently it booked appointment for both and display 2 clients on backend.
    I set the capacity 1 but it did not work.
    So Suggest me how can I resolve this issue.
