i upgraded to version 5.1 of plug-in. I see all the enhanced ecommerce events firing now, except the transaction/thank you page!

on that page (https://www.kavador.com/thank-you-page/?order=16638&key=wc_order_5854152f51ea2) there is no ecommerce data layer. What would be the reason the data layer is not being populated on the thank you page? What functions or data does the plug in need in order to fire correctly?

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting your issue.
You seem to use a custom thankyou page which can not be recognized by my plugin.
On the deeper level: my plugin uses the WooCommerce conditional tag is_order_received_page() which might return false on custom thank you pages if they are not implemented properly.

If you are using another plugin for that, you should contact the plugin author and ask him/her to update the plugin. If you are using your own code, you should be sure that the WooCommerce function is_order_received_page() returns true on your order received page.

You might also want to know that my plugin will only include transaction data for a specific order one time. If you reload the page or open it using a link you posted before, transaction data will not be included even if everything works.

    I hope that helps,
    Thomas Geiger
