Polylang and Timeline Express?

Hi,
I don’t understand why my Timeline Express is not working with Polylang on my site. Where and how can I translate the timeline announcements? I don’t see the language switcher in my WordPress-Backend like on my “normal” sites.

Polylang works with standard post types, but requires tweaks to enable the plugin to work alongside custom post types.
Please take a look at the following support thread in which another user was also having a similar issue. The solution was to enable polylang support alongside Timeline Express announcements on the polylang settings page:
