Perfect

I had a website that I did not have access to anything but the WordPress admin (ie no cpanel/ftp/ssh/etc access). This worked perfectly for migrating and will be one of the first plugins I install in any wordpress install.

Simply create a find/replace on the export page for the new URL, export file however you want, install wordpress on new host/url, install plugin, import and follow finishing steps for permalinks/review. Done.
