• To whom it may concern,

I moved my WordPress site from Media Temple to Amazon AWS on November 23, and I am puzzled by the WordPress Who’s Been Online plugin not logging visitors (I can send the screen capture if you provide me with a URL for sending it), but Wordfence Real Time Activity is working OK. Do you have any ideas for what may be causing this problem? The problem existed with WordPress 4.6, and has persisted after upgrading to WordPress 4.7 on December 6. It would be nice to regain fully functionality of the Who’s Been Online utility, or to determine if it will not work with Amazon AWS. Kindly let me know if you have any ideas for resolving this problem with Amazon AWS.

    Respectfully,

  • Hi, can you check the log files? You might also have a plugin conflict? You could also try to deactivate and delete the plugin Then reinstall it again. That sometimes works. The reason why I am asking this is because you moved your site from one host to a different host.

    Regards
