• This was a bit of a pain to track down as there were no issues on the dev server, I’m not sure what differences there were on the live server to cause this but basically the code you are using to inject the code into the body tag caused the page to return a 403 on live. The page itself loaded fine, it was only by checking the network status that I even saw the issue, which if it had remained like that would have been detrimental to SEO as I’m sure you can imagine.

For now I have commented out line 630 of /public/frontend.php but if there are updates it will obviously break again.

I’m not sure what the best solution for this is, but I’ve put this here in case it helps anyone else and hopefully someone can think of a workable solution going forward.

    Hi,

    Thanks for sharing your findings.
The mentioned line only starts working if you select the codeless placement option in plugin settings. This is not compatible with every template but I’ve never heard of an issue like this where the dev site is working fine and the live site gets broken.

If you can post your website URL using the contact form at duracelltomi.com I might check the code and see what I can see about this issue.

    Have a great day,
    Thomas Geiger
