Backup no run in the server

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with your backups on your host. I couldn’t find a lot of information on your host’s setup so before going through some troubleshooting I’d like you install a PHP Info plugin that will give you a list of the information on your server environment that we need to know. Try installing this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

Then find the admin page and copy/paste the text there or link me to a screenshot of it if you could?

Okay – so your max_execution_time limit is the one you want to attempt to change. If you search in the Altervista forums I think you’ll find more specific information about how you can change that and other php.ini settings for that host.
