how to go live?

    it looks great, one issue however:
    it seems that changes made to default theme options (like background etc.) works fine in “Apply switching to Admin Area” mode BUT when I switch the theme from Appearance/Themes after configuring it – all settings are lost?

    is there a way to get what was set up in preview mode?
    or do you assume that “going live” would mean setting up theme switcha to “everybody”? in 2nd case – have you checked what is the influence of the plugin on site performance?

    Thanks for the great feedback. I’m not sure why settings aren’t sticking in this case, but can tell you that it should work fine for any theme settings written according to the WP API. Some themes however go outside of the API and implement their own settings solutions (e.g., Ajax panels, etc.), and whether or not the settings will stick in those cases varies by theme.
