Problem updating Pro Version

    Hi

    I’m trying to update Formidable Pro on https://lovebirdsafaris.com, but when I try to I receive the message that “Download failed. Unauthorized.”. I have updated other plugins on this site with no problem, and the Formidable Plugin License settings seem good to go. Please let me know what the problem might be- thanks.

    Could you create a new ticket in the help desk? In that ticket, could you tell us what message you see when you go to the Formidable -> Global settings page and re-enter your license? Specifically, what do you see when you click “save license”?
