The maintenance mode plugin stands above the rest, especially in its capability to provide a log-in menu, which is ideal for when I want to allow my clients to demo their sites. It’s crisp, clean and easy to format. I wanted to customize the styling a bit, but this was still very easy to do in their backend stylesheet.
