    Hi! Thank you for writing on the forum.

    I’m sorry that a white screen symptom happened on attempted uninstall.

    I don’t know what might cause that ??

    By way of a workaround, would you consider doing a manual uninstall? The www.ads-software.com codex instructions on Uninstalling Plugins might be a good place to start.
