    Hi.
    i’ve just updated to the latest version and since then i can’t upload any file.

    Keep getting this message :
    File upload rejected by server
    Contact your host and have them check your server’s error log.

    Talked to my hosting and they can see the following error:

    PHP Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=21694 in ……/wp-db.php on line 1877

    I left…… instead of the URL.

    I really need this solved asap as i have to update prices to more than 5000 products.

    Update – Host updated all limits but still no luck.

    Update – Saved the file in XLS ( original was XLSX ). Didn’t work.
    Saved in CSV – Worked.

    In order for us to help with this, we’d need need to see your import file and run some tests on your server. If you’d like us to do this, please open a support ticket at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ and include a link to this thread.

    I tried updating the prices however nothing seems to happen. Had no issues till today.
    I’m having NO issues updating stock levels.

    Is this for WooCommerce products? If so, please make sure that you’re updating the “_price”, “_regular_price”, and “_sale_price” fields as described in our price update tutorial.

    If it’s still not working after trying that, please open a support ticket via the link above with details on this issue as well – we’ll need to see the data/settings to understand why it’s not working.
