Featured image not repeated?

With eCommerce Product Catalog this problem is solved automatically.

Sometimes it can still happen. In such case you can simply disable the additional image in Products > Settings > Catalog Design > Product Page.

Please note that the example reference page doesn’t have eCommerce Product Catalog installed.

OH! you are the same author I see. How similar are the two plugins? I just spent time setting up the categories…I’m willing to switch over since its so early in the development, but does eCommerce have the same ability to add an external link as a “buy now” button? I prefer this feature, as this site will be linking away to an ebay site VS purchasing directly.

I just installed it, and do not see anywhere there is a settings for products, only a “store settings” or catalog settings. I deactivated the catalog X which didn’t seem to change anything, are the two the same essentially?

It’s not the same author. The URL that you provided doesn’t have eCommerce Product Catalog or Catalog X.

Catalog X is a basic catalog plugin. It doesn’t have price, attributes etc.

If you need such features you should use eCommerce Product Catalog.

As soon as you install it you will see a new menu in your dashboard. You will find the settings in Products > Settings. You can also find eCommerce Product Catalog on your plugins list and click Settings.
