Redirect Issue with Free Version

  • I could see us upgrading to the full version soon, but I can’t get the free version to work. I put the shortcodes on the page of our gallery and then when I view the page, I get this error:

    The page isn’t redirecting properly
    Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

    This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

    No matter what page I put this search shortcode on, it redirects the page to this address: https://mysite.com/gen-gallery-search/

    Any help is appreciated.

    Plugin redirect to “gen-gallery-search” to show search results there. It should not face any problem to redirect.may be there is something else. Please contact us here: [email protected]
