How to do “Welcome to our website”

    Do you know how to do “Welcome to our website” with photo as shown on screenshot of TwentyTwelve theme? I have tried lots of configurations but none works for me.

    I dont no wat to say or maybe i dont no exactly wat you are mening.
    I think it is just a tekst with a photo?????
    Maybe or perhaps it is the header with tekst.

    As you can see on the screenshot:

    there is “Welcome to our website” and on the right side is photo.
    Below there are posts and sidebar.

    Do you know how to achive this kind of look of WP?
    I thought that this is a standard page with posts and sidebar.

    Any ideas? I would like to use this template on my website, but need to know how to create the front page as shown on screenshot above.
