api.w.org/ link in header

  • It looks like your plugin no longer removes the rel=”https://api.w.org/ link in the header… Is this correct?

    I have a few clients with sites that are slowed down in loading by 2 to 3 seconds because of this!!

    Can this be resolved?

    I’m not able to reproduce this – the link is being removed correctly for me. Have you confirmed that you’ve configured it to remove that particular header? Also what version of WordPress are you running?

    I’m afraid I have egg on my face! I don’t see it anymore myself… Must have been a caching issue…
