Showing different on front end than backend

Folks we are having an issue with our phone numbers – they are showing different on the frontend than on the backend – So what I mean is I have our phone number on a page 1-855-390-4932 but when the page is live it shows a different number?? 1-844-515-3347 how can this be, I have no clue where this number came from??? The host says its in the backend but I cant figure it out?
