FlatRate shipping cost based on order amount

Hello,

Our client wants to have Multiple shipping zones where each zone has flatrate shipping with a given price.

But he also wants, that if someone orders for more than 200€ then shipping price will be different, if someone orders for more than 500€ then shipping price will be also different. Which seems to be not possible by default.

I have seen in documentation that i can use some [qty] * something, blah blah. but its not conditional.

So i am wondering if there is any “free” way of doing this. Paid version of “Advanced Flat Rate Shipping Method” can theoretically do it.
