Button doesn’t show up

So I tried multiple times but the button doesn’t show up, I thought it might be because of my theme but I changed it to a defeaulth one and still doesn’t show up, I tried to check the box to show it in the menu.. same..

we are trying the plugin and now we realize that the button does not appear in the frontend. https://www.adfe-bp.de
