Optimizer contact form

I tried a week ago in the support forum on the Optimizer site to get a response to this question, but no answer so far. We are running WordPress 4.7 with the latest version of Optimizer Pro. The send button is not working on this page: https://firehousehostel.org/index.php/contact-2/. Prompt advice would be much appreciated!
