File Upload not Working

  • Hi,

    I’ve added a file upload field as following settings:
    Required: No
    Visibility: Show in Cart & Checkout Page
    Order Item Meta: Add as Order Meta
    Allowed File Types: image/*
    Multiple Files Upload: Yes

    Upon uploading a file, its name shows in the cart as well. However, it is missing from the order summary on the front end, and the field is empty in order details in the backend. Could you please help with it?
