Creating fields in form builder

  • Hi,

    Question about the form builder: I have created an address field (meta key billing_address_1), removed it and I want to recreate it again. But now it fails, as it says this meta field already exsists (“Your meta key already exists in your fields list”). But I can’t see it anywhere, as it was deleted earlier.

    Any tips? Or is there a way to completely reset the form builder?

    Hi @dhager,

    You can remove it in the custom fields on modal when you select a type of field that you want to create. Go to Ultimate Member > Forms > (+)Add Field. Scroll down to the bottom of the Fields Manager and remove the ‘billing_address_1’ under Custom Fields by clicking (x) so you can create a new custom field with unique meta key.
