Popup not displaying on my website

    I’ve correctly installed and configured the plugin but the POP is not displaying on any of the pages or posts on my site. https://www.shayzon.com
    Does the plugin need “special” tweaks to the function or a specific line of code present in WP Themes? I’m at a loss. I did build this theme from scratch, but other themes I add from the wp library work perfectly.

    This is quite urgent for me, I hope you’re able to assist son, as I genuinely do like the ease and simplicity of your plugin.
