• I updated WordPress when prompted, and immediately upon updating, my Google Analytics Dashboard quit showing any stats. There’s just the title with nothing under it at all. At first it was gone for 4 days, then it randomly came back for about 4 hours, and then hasn’t come back since (about another week).

My Google Analytics Dashboard for WP updates automatically, so I have version 4.9.3.2. I’ve never had trouble with it before.

I changed nothing in my settings (afraid to since I’m fairly computer illiterate) – only updated WP.

If you have any suggestions, please assume you need to give details or I won’t understand. ??

    Thanks!

What plugin are you using to get GA on your dashboard?

Steve, you’re about to see how confused I am. LOL.

I see 2 plugins: 1) Google Analytics, and 2) Google Analytics Dashboard for WP. When I went to look at them to answer your question, I saw that they needed updating. I updated them, and now there are 2 Google Analytic Dashboards on my dashboard. The first still has nothing under it, and the new one has stats, but NO daily stats (7 days is smallest) and NO showing what pages people are looking at (important to me). Actually, there are 3 choices of times to choose from: 7, 30, or 90 days. But when I click on each of them, none of the data changes. Don’t like this at all!

    Thoughts???

Ok, Steve. I just refreshed my dashboard AGAIN and the 1st GAD just showed up for the first time in a week with all the info I need and is working. Hopefully it will stay this time.

How do I know which plugin is the 2nd GAD so I can get rid of it?

Thanks SO much for your help!

heh…. sounds like fun. Disable both plugins. Enable them one at a time and see what controls what.

Good idea. I hate touching any of it – haha – but that should work.

Thanks for your help, Steve. Appreciate it.
