    Hello,
    I’ve been using your plugin in my website for almost one year. The plugin displays the products correctly. However, if I look at the income reports in my Amazon Affilliate account, I can’t see any sale. This information is not true: I’ve been talking with some friends who have made some Amazon shoppings from my website during these months.
    How is it possible? Am I missing something??

    Hi Minikiz,
    This is very uncommon. There only only three instances that I know of that this happens:

    1. The Affilitae ID in the settings is incorrect.
    2. The plugin is set to use a Locale that is not registered with the Affiliate ID used in the plugin.
    3. The affiliate account has been deactivated for some reason on Amazon so sales are not being registered. This can be for several reasons:
    • No sales in a certain period of time (they generally don’t tell you it is deactivated).
    • Incomplete profile/tax data in your Amazon affiliate account.
    • The Primary address on the affiliate account is in an area where the Affiliate program is no longer allowed.
    • Violation of Terms of Service

    Please check everything over and make sure all of your settings are correct (most specifically your affiliate ID) and also verify with your friends that they actually clicked the links from your site and made the purchases within 24 hours of the click (for regular links) or 90 days with Cart links for items added to the cart from those links.
