• I’m not sure how long this has been going on, but the products on my woocommerce shop page have started to display in one long column instead of rows of three or four products the way it used to. ? I’ve been reading forums and it sounds like it might be a theme issue? Any suggestions on ways to fix?

    My page is https://www.purepup.net/shop/

  • I’m seeing all of your products display as the theme default in multiple categories.

Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

I’m sorry but I can’t seem to get the screenshot to paste into this text box.

It’s showing as a single column on my laptop when the screen is maximized, but then if I resize the screen smaller, the column turns to rows, to fit the screen, then going back to full screen it stays that way and is correctly responsive to the screen size. It is also not having the “column problem” on the mobile version.

It just seems to initially want to be in a column, on the desktop version.

    I’m now seeing the issue.

First thing to try is your plugins. Start by going through them one by one and deactivate to see if there is one causing this conflict.

Be sure you’re clearing your cache after each plugin is deactivated.

Then I would confirm that you’re up to date on all plugins, the theme, and wordpress.

Let me know if you find anything!

Found something! So deactivating Autoptimize fixed it. But I want Autoptimize because my performance score is so much higher with it.

In the Autoptimize settings I have checked the box for it to optimize JavaScript, and to aggregate inline JS, excluding: seal.js, js/jquery/jquery.js

It is also optimizing css, removing google fonts, and inline “above fold css”

Unchecking the box for optimizing inline above the fold css fixes the problem, but then all my fonts get weird.

    Any thoughts?

Actually- in the autoptimize plugin settings, unchecking the box for google fonts, fixed the font issue – duh!

These changes lowered my performance score a little bit, but not by anything I’m worried about.

Thanks so much! We solved this problem!!

Your help made figuring this out so much faster! Thank you!!

if you (re-)generate your “above the fold CSS” for a page that has the woocommerce product display column in it, you should be able to re-gain those lost ticks ??
