Can’t Send Message – Receiving Error

I keep getting the error “THERE WAS AN ERROR TRYING TO SEND YOUR MESSAGE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.” and the message is never sent. the weird part is that I have this same contact form with the same settings and on the same server just in a different folder/directory under the same domain name and it works just fine.

I have about 39 wordpress installations on this same server, just in different directories and none work except the one I mentioned above.

Help please!
