Paid subscription to publish ads

Hello,

I saw that your plugin allow people to pay to be able to publish their ads but I’d like to know:
– is it possible to have the person pay a monthly fee, and be able to publish any ads they want ?
– also, is it possible to receive a fee when someone buys the object ? For example: the seller posts an ad to sell a watch. Then a buyer buys the watch on the site (by the way, is it possible?). And then the owner of the site receives a fee on this amount.

Could you please tell me if your plugin allows to do all these things ?
