Permalinks any non-default setting – Archives don’t work

  • I was on version 2.6.1, and upgraded to 2.6.2 hoping that the problem would be fixed, but it isn’t.

    I set the permalinks to any non-default setting, such as “Month and Name” and the article links and category links work. But, if I click on an archive link, which is https://www.domain.com/index.php/2008/09/, it generates the error below.

    The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers

    Any suggestions on how to resolve the issue?
