Attributes appears in mixed order

Hello, I am just wondering is it OK that Attributes like size (digit) appears in mixed order in admin back end?

For example if there are shoes in stock which sizes are 41; 42; 43; 44 and I sell out size 42 and remove this attribute. On next shipment I get these shoes in size 42 and add this size back to attributes, then next time at admin back end they will appear 41; 43; 44; 42

Other users have the same deal or I have missed some options?
