Extracting a pack to a none empty root folder

Hi!
First of all thanks for the great plugin! Migrating has never been so simple ??

I have a question. I want to move a website to a domain that has already a few subdomains. For that reason the rootfolder is not empty but has some folders in it.

Can i just unpack the file like i normally would do in an empty root folder? Or do i need to take other steps to make this work without harming the other subdomains.
