Could not open socket

  • Dear Support,

    Kindly could you please tell us if your plugin does the authentication first and than sends the email, as our server requires first authentication (for security purposes) in order to proceed with the email sending process.
    Our WordPress site is installed on IIS8 and it is using php 7.0 version.

    This is why it gives us this error.
    What would you suggest in this case
