    (@viqta)

Hello, everyone. I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this.

My personal blog, viqta[.]com, appears to have been hacked. I got a message from Google yesterday informing me of deceptive pages on it. The links to these pages look like example.com/google (where example stands for the name of blog). The pages are set up like a Google Docs login page.

I have no idea of how long these have been up or where to remove the pages. I can’t see them on my WP backend and, for some reasons, I’m not yet able to check via cPanel if these can be removed from there. Avast has now made it impossible to access the blog, telling me it is dangerous to my computer.

Could anyone guide me on how to remove these phishing pages? I have read several materials online, but these didn’t really address the problem at hand. Maybe it’s because I don’t know much about codes, folders and directories. I am hoping I can get more helpful steps to addressing this challenge from someone here. Thanks.

PS: I have scanned for malware with Sucuri and the blog came out clean.
