Installation failed

    Hi,
    My site had all crashed and I’m re-installing the plugins I need.

    But for UPDRAFT, this message appears :
    “Installation failed: The destination folder already exists.”

    It’s true that through my FTP, I can see the Updraft folder and all my backups.

    Then do you know what I should do to re-install it, please ? I thank you by advance.

    Hi,

    This message refers to the ‘wp-content/plugins/updraftplus’ directory (i.e. where the plugin itself is installed).

    To re-install UpdraftPlus, you will need to remove this directory. This can be done via FTP.
