    Hi, We have been using WP Job Manager for a while. All of the sudden the Word documents that are being attached are not uploading with the job application form. Is there a compatibility issue with the new Word press 4.7.1 update?

    The error we are encountering reads when inspected:

    <div class=’jobman-message’>There was an error uploading your application. Please contact us directly, and quote the information below:<div class=”jobman-error”>Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.</div>

    @jan2014 you actually might want to contact your host they likely have changed a setting that could have changed a PHP setting that is preventing this from happening as a security measure. We use the base WordPress settings.
