    I am running popup maker on a single page. I am running a video and timing the popup to come on at the end of the video. The problem I have is that if my IP speed delays the finishing the video, the popup will still come on at its assigned time. Does anyone here have a better method of having the popup come on AFTER the video is finished? Thanks for the help ahead of time.

    I can have our Lead Dev @danieliser look at this, I think he did something similar somewhere before.

    @valmikesell – I think you submitted a ticket to our site as well, but this depends on the type of video. If its an html5 or JS based video player then you can use the stop event to trigger the popup to open using our JavaScript APIs.

    If its an iframe video like youtube embeds then there is no way to do this.

    Hope that helps.

    That does help @danieliser. I am uploading the files through filezilla and using Add From Server to put them in my media library. I am still kind of new at doing this level of admin work on my site but I am learning fast thanks to you and Walter. So it sounds like I can use the JavaScript APIs. If I know where the Javascript is at and how to use it, I am sure I can do this. Can I lean on you once more to help me with that?

    @valmikesell – How are you inserting the videos? Shortcode, plugin etc? First step is to determine which video player your using. They all have this functionality for the most part, but each has a different way to do it. Need to know which. Happy to help though. Will be super simple once we get the needed code for the video player. Literally adding 1 line likely ;).

    @valmikesell

    Here’s our API, for reference.

    @waltmesser I didn’t see anything for the API reference.

    @danieliser I use Huge-it video player.

    Thanks guys. I really do appreciate your time and help.

    @valmikesell

    Apologies for delay, I’ll have @danieliser take a look at this as soon as possible.

    It’s OK. Been down with Noro virus the past several days. But back up on my projects now. Thanks for getting back.

    @valmikesell – Their site only describes using it for youtube & vimeo videos, and the demos all use iframes which we can’t do anything with. I know you said you were uploading your own, can you tell me where I can see what you have now to see what its doing in your case? Link to the live test that is.

    Closing this ticket due to inactivity. If you’re still having an issue, create a new thread, link this one in reference, and we will continue troubleshooting.

    Please take a moment to rate and review our plugin and/or support.
