• Thank you for great program that is truly useful.

Whenever I update a page after I have inserted a document with Docxpresso, and then try to view the page, I receive the following error message.

    Warning. Unresponsive Script
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding.
You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.
    Script: https://yannalaw.com/wp-content…t-scraper-402.min.js?ver=4.0.2:6

If I cut the Docxpresso download line from the page and hold it on the clipboard, the error message does not appear.

But as soon as I restore the Docxpresso line to the page, the error message returns.

If I ignore the error message, the page eventually loads and I can view it.

    Dear Victor,

I sent you an email a little while ago just to see if we can check the issue via Skype.

    Best regards,

I really appreciate your rapid response. I normally do not use Skype, but I’m available on my iPhone or through email. I can also accept screen sharing.

To provide some more details, since I have been using the process all yesterday evening, what happens is, after I place a Docxpresso link on a webpage, whether newly created or editing an existing page, and then try to view the page using the word press view button on the page in text view form, the viewing process stalls and the error message appears.

It offers me the options of cancel, stop script, or continue.

If I choose continue, the process stalls and no page view appears.

If I choose stop script, after a few seconds, the page appears.

I look forward to chatting with you in some form, and again let me thank you for a fun plug-in that performs a much-needed task in which I rely upon every day.

Have you tried from other computer or using a different browser?

It seems to be a problem with JavaScript in your browser…which browser are you using?
