Hi (future) user of WooCommerce DYMO Print,

Before posting on the forum please read below for more information about the plugin and how we answer questions. It helps us to answer questions as fast as possible.

2. We’re not allowed to give PRO support on the WordPress forums. If you’ve purchased WooCommerce DYMO Print PRO, please contact us by email or from our supportdesk at our website. From now, all support questions related to the PRO plugin on the WP forums will be marked as “not a support question” and will not be answered on the forums.

3. We try to answer always as soon as possible, but as you’re a FREE user (not a PRO customer – see the difference) we can’t help you within a couple of hours. We check the forums a couple of times a month.

4. Please always post your version of WordPress, WooCommerce and WooCommerce DYMO Print as it helps us to answer the question faster.

5. WooCommerce DYMO Print FREE only works with DYMO Labels size 36x89mm, not with other labels.

6. WooCommerce DYMO Print only works with a DYMO LabelWriter. As the name already suggest it does not work with labelprinters of other brands like Brother or Zebra.
