Tag and categories are not showing up under the titel on a new page

    Use WordPress 4.7.1. with Theme: Gem by Webulous Themes
    I have installed, activated and setup the plugin.
    Set to add tags and categories to pages
    Set to show category/tag title on he page
    Added Widget category to pages
    After added some tags and categories to a new page and publishing this page it seems the categories and tags are functional, but are not showing on top of the new page (under the title?)

    What is wrong?

    Hi Patric,

    First of all, thanks for using our plugin!
    I test this tomorrow and let you know the results.
    Did you check the setting: “Show the Category/Tag Title on the Page.”?

    Hi Patric,

    I have made a solution for this issue.
    Seem to be that some themes does not aloud, to place some content below the title.

    Therefor i have made an extra option to place it just above the page content.
    I have test it with your theme and it works ??

    This is the new release:
    = 2.1.1 =
    * Extra setting to place the categories/tags below the Title or on top of the Content.
    * Some themes do not display this data below the title, therefore this extra option to place it on top of the content.
    * New update fields procedure.
    * Uninstaller extended.

    Everything works well?
