Order the “How to get points” list?

There’s not currently a way to order that list, but that is a good idea. It is currently ordered kind of based on what order the reactions are created, but there isn’t really any intentional ordering at all.

Would you like to be able to put them in any order, like being able to manually arrange them, or do you think that just being able to order them by the number of points will be sufficient for most folks?

For me personally, the order by number would (almost) be sufficient. If I had a way to order them in any way, I would probably put “Register” first (because every user gets that start bonus) and then go from most points (most desired behavior) to least points.

So, yes, by number would already be a good solution, but ordering in any way would of course even be better…

As I pointed out, the boxes in the “Points types” screen can be moved around – maybe that would be a possiblity to create a custom order…?

In the old UI that WordPoints used to have, it worked something like that. The problem here though is that there can be multiple reactions for each event, so this only lets you order them at the event level, not at the reaction level. (Two reactions for the same event would always be next to each other then.)

So I’m thinking that probably I should make it so that the list in the HTGP shortcode is ordered by points high-to-low by default, and then maybe add support for custom ordering as well.
