Sales Freelancer Webpage Plugins

I am an intermediate user of WordPress and I have average level knowledge of HTML & CSS for now.
I have a project(Sales People Freelancer Webpage ) that I’m currently working. Below information are the Goals & Requirements:

Goals
1. Recruit Sales Freelancers in different region of the country
2. Provide information to existing and prospective members
? Provide Training & Resources for Recruits
3. Increase Membership
? Membership levels (Facilitator | Agents| Entrepreneur )
Requirements
1. Clean, professional design
2. Customizable header and colors
3. Forms
4. Membership management

What have I accomplished so far ?
After watching WordPress DIY: Community Website by Morten, I’d install wordpress locally on my PC and practiced every lesson taught esp on membership management.
What are my challenge on this project ?
1. Recruitment Forms would be a little bit advanced and WP Membership Plugin doesn’t give room creating more Advanced Fields in the form. They suggest I pay $34.47 for Form Builder which I consider ridiculous. Is there another way around this problem ?

2. I am still not sure that the membership plugin (WP-Membership) would solve exactly my problem. Since I am not running paid membership, what we want to accomplish is a situation where after a candidate has been successfully passed the recruitment ,they start as a Facilitator and progress to the next stage after six months of selling products. How do I accomplish this task ?

3. The client has Training Material that they would love successful Freelancers to have access to on their profile. How do I accomplish this task ?

Note
Client already has an existing website, and aforementioned has to be integrated to that site NO new website to be created.
