Sportspress Roles and Permissions

  • Hello,

    Since updating to the new version my League Admins have lost their access to the Sportpress sections in the Admin Panel, Getting 404 Error.

    I’m able to use it fine as a site administrator but anyone with the Sportspress roles doesn’t seem to be able to.

    Is anyone else having issues with said roles?
    – League Manager
    – Team Manager
    – Event Manager

    Afraid not, Isn’t the Roles and Capabilities part of standard Sportspress? Did this change?

    @kylerlawrence Don’t worry, we haven’t removed anything. Standard role management is included in SportsPress. “Team Access” is another feature, which limits user access to specific teams.

    In your case, I’m not sure why the roles disappeared but if you activated other plugins then one of them may have affected this. Try deactivating then re-activating SportsPress to see if the roles come back.
