• <p>Way too many bugs and problems. I’ve used the pro version of this plugin for several years. It has always been a headache to use, and the company doesn’t seem to care about user feedback or support issues much. This could be such a good plugin. When it has a major upgrade to a new version it only seems to get worse, not better. The shift to 6.0 has been a total nightmare for me and for several other publishers I know. The company’s attitude is just “shrug.” The plugin broke my site. Once some bugs were fixed in an update a few days later, I can use it as long as I don’t use php 8. Support puts everything on the customer rather than having a customer-first approach. It also takes a few days to a week to hear back from support. Given the high price point of this plugin and add-ons, it is unacceptable customer service. Time to look at other calendar plugins and hope someone makes a better one.</p>

    Sorry you’ve had some negative experiences with our plugins! I think you’ll be happy to know that one of our goals for this year for our plugins is to better balance development of new features with the amount of outstanding bugs/issues. It’s a delicate balance to strike for sure! We’re also open to any specific suggestions you may have for our improvement.

    Finally, could I get your username on our premium forums so we can take a look at the support you’ve received there and take note of anything we could have done better? We’d love to keep you as a customer, but we totally understand if you need to make a different choice. We appreciate your support thus far!
