    Since today I only have “settings” en “help” if I go to Events.
    I have a admin account and nothing has changed as far as I know since yesterday.

    If I want to go to event to change or edit it, I get the message that I don’t have permission to acces te page/event. As I’m the only user with administration rights I don’t understand why it’s suddenly changed.

    If I go to settings and look at the Authorization settings it’s all blanc.

    If I recheck them and want to safe nothings happens.

    I tried reactivating them via user role editor and now they are back except the possibilities to manage bookings and event’s from others.

    The users (Author) who had manage booking rights also have nothing active if I look via the settings in the event-manager plug-in.

    Can’t seem to find a solution or how this happend?

    Anyone has a idea how to solve this?

    can you try to check the user capabilities under Events > Settings > General > User Capabilities

    The user capabilities under Events > Settings > General > User Capabilities

    are all unchecked if I check them and hit save (all) I got the message above that all changes are saved but when I check the changes didn’t happen/save.
    If I changes this via the plug-in user role editor the user capabilities are checked under Events > Settings > General > User Capabilities except the mange bookings and manage other bookings. These two options aren’t available via the user role editor.

    So I tried to change the options for comments from yes to now. I hit save (all) I got the message that the changes are saved but when I check the change didn’t happen.

    I’m currently changing themes to see if the bug is in the theme and disabling the plug-in’s that had a update since the day before yesterday.

    But no luck so far.

    Every time I save the user Capabilities are gone and I have to add them via user role editor and manuele type:
    delete_event_categories
    edit_event_categories
    manage_others_bookings
    manage_bookings
    upload_event_images

    Very weird and frustrating…

    Are you using another plugin or custom code that deals with the user roles or capabilities? If so, have you tried deactivating it?

    None, I use user role editor since I found the problems with User Capabilities to fix them.

    Yeah, it is. But I used it after the problem to fix it.
    Suddenly the User Capabilities where gone and if I checked them on again and saved it was all blank. Or if I change something else in the settings like a extra line in a conformation e-mail the User Capabilities are cleared.

    And with the user role editor plug-in I now can reactivate the user User Capabilities.
    Took me a while to figure that one out.

    Very odd. Is this a multsite or single WordPress install?

    Single WordPress.

    It’s very odd, especially when I change a line of code in the mail conformation and hit save, he saves that but clears the User Capabilities every single time.

    Which version of Events Manager and WordPress are you using?
