  • Hi,

Do you use a shortcode on that page?

Yes. It is required because there are other elements before and after the calendar.

Me too at this URL: https://uckfieldfestival.co.uk/festival-programme/

    I am using the shortcode: [ai1ec view=”agenda”]

imellor, you seem to have a solution or did you just downgrade WordPress ??

A similar thread has the solution:
Thanks teszilla as you say SOLUTION: not sure what changed but you need to go into the plugin >Settings >Viewing Events >Calendar Page >Auto-Create New Page. This stops the calendar from adding itself to the page you have the shortcode on and creates it’s own page which you will likely not use.

This issue is marked as resolved but the resolution is either to not use shortcodes or downgrade WordPress. Neither of these is a good solution when there are other elements on the page. Is there a solution to keep the shortcode with other elements on the page while showing only one calendar? Even something as simple as adding a separate CSS class to the 2nd calendar would be helpful since it could at least be hidden.
