• When I tried to install the plugin, it crashed. Now I just get the message “We found an error in a query. Please contact the support with an archive of the logs in the folder your website /joobi/user/logs”. I cannot get to my web page at all. What do I need to do to get my site back? Where would I find the archive? Thank you.

    1. Rename the folder called joobi to something else eg: joobi_bakcup . This should allow you to get your access to your website.
    Login in to your FTP: root/joobi
